Description
The District Attorney's Office has an opening for an Administrative Technician -Discovery Clerk to perform a variety of routine office and general support duties.
This is a full-time, benefited position. This position will work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position will work at the Justice Center in Boulder,Colorado.
Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position isnon-exempt. Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.
Salary Range: $50,004-$61,008 Annually
Hiring Salary Range: $50,004-$57,000 Annually
In addition to the Boulder County benefits, the District Attorney's Office offers:
* Work From Home two-days a week, if duties allow, after 6 months of employment with the office

Examples of Duties
Example of Duties:
* Process electronic and physical discovery for criminal cases
* Utilize computer applications, including Word, Excel, Adobe and editing tools
* Use specialized computer systems and programs, including office specific program, ACTION
* Access external databases to download and share discovery
* Organize and maintain custody of physical discovery
* Utilize a variety of data storage devices and systems
* Knowledge of court computer systems and e-filing
* Provide support to office staff related to the discovery process and technical issues
* Assist defense attorneys and pro-se defendants with navigation and technical issues related to discovery
* Perform projects of a complex, technical or confidential nature
* Related work as required
* May be reassigned in case of emergency situations

EDUCATION:
* A high school diploma, or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
* At least two years of office experience
DRIVER'S LICENSE:
* Applicants must have a valid driver's license

* Applicants must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
