Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, staff, and administrative duties.
• Manage clinic budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, and staff training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a healthcare administration or managerial role.

• Proficiency in healthcare software, such as Athena and Zenoti EMR.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred but not required.
