Monitor operational performance of the nursing home, develop and implement strategies to improve quality, safety, and efficiency. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and other health care providers. Monitor and manage budget, ensuring financial stability of the facility. Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and evaluation. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives. Provide leadership and guidance to staff. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Nursing Home Administrator Requirements and Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.
