Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals. Responsibilities:Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care marketsGenerate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resourcesCoordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certsCommunity outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groupsRegular marketing calls and visits will be made to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions.Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and familiesExtraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers. External customers would include referral sources, patients, and their families. Internal customers would include supervisors, clinical & non-clinical staff members, pharmacies, and suppliersQualifications/Experience:Minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a healthcare setting.High school diploma or equivalentShift & Wage:Full-Time Opportunity Available Shifts Needed: Days with some weekends and evenings Salary: $60,000-$65,000 annuallyAbout Us:We strive to be the leader in the long-term care industry operating in 6 different states.
