WonderWorks is an indoor amusement park that combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands-on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination.WonderWorks (Syracuse, NY) is looking for Admissions Attendants to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service
• Accurately process transactions through a point-of-sale system including proper cash handling in a high-volume environment
• Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows if applicable
• Answer phones and courteously redirect calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions

• Previous themed entertainment and sales experience is preferred
