Job Summary/Basic Function The Admissions Coordinator for Graduate and International CRM Solutions is responsible for the daily administration, management, and support of Weber State University's Graduate Admissions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This position serves as a crucial link between functional users-such as Graduate departments, the Office of Admissions, and technical teams-to ensure seamless CRM operation and optimal utilization. The role focuses on supporting the strategic enrollment goals of Graduate and International Admissions by maintaining CRM functionality, improving system capabilities, training users, and generating reports to inform data-driven decision-making. This position will oversee CRM operations, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with various departments to implement system enhancements that improve the user experience and align with institutional goals. Key responsibilities also include coordinating CRM-related projects, analyzing recruitment efforts, and developing reports that support continuous process improvement in admissions and student services.
Required Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of full-time employment experience in academic advisement, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, enrollment services, or a related administrative field.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Two or more years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a similar administrative role in higher education.
- Proficiency with SLATE or similar CRM solutions, including system administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or related skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver CRM training, along with effective communication skills for supporting users across departments.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity in handling sensitive information
