Now hiring 1 Part Time Days and 1 Part Time OvernightsIn this role, one must have:- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, at all times. An Admission Coordinator is generally the first contact with Referral Partners, and must uphold a high standard of communication, behavior and attitude when communicating with other professionals. -Ability to problem solve from a solution-based place -Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information -Collaborate with insurance companies and other funding sources to verify benefits and obtain necessary authorizations. -Facilitates all incoming inquiries of prospective clients, loved ones and mental health/medical professionals with a sense of urgency and compassion - Demonstrate a willingness to learn -Ability to manage and prioritize daily work within acceptable departmental time frames -Computer competence (Microsoft Word, Outlook). Must also have experience with Electronic Medical Records -Obtains clinical information and other medical information (as applicable) to determine appropriateness -Be able to maintain professionalism in stressful situations -Organize and input information into CRM databases. -Must have strong written and verbal communication skills -Previous experience working in the treatment field -Utilizes supervisory feedback and evaluations to improve performance. -Able to work independently and manage a fast-paced work environment. -Must demonstrate efficiency, time management and multitasking skills -Makes outbound phone calls to referral partners, as assigned Exciting Benefits:

Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Sales experience, particularly in health care services, products or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
- Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services useful.
