Classification Title: Admissions Officer II Job Description: The UF Online Recruitment & Outreach Center is actively seeking an Admissions Officer to play an important role in attracting and enrolling students in UF Online degree programs. In this role, you will provide student outreach, resolve complex issues, and support recruitment efforts to drive student enrollment and success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Student Outreach and Engagement Communicate with prospective UF Online students via phone (inbound/outbound call center), email, text, and other communication channels. Provide information about UF Online programs, assist with applications, and guide students through the enrollment process. Manage prospect pipeline effectively to maximize enrollments and meet enrollment goals. Ensure accurate documentation of student communication in CRM.
