Inside Sales job / high outbound calling daily
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Admissions Representative in this full time, 100% remote position. The Admissions Representative will be responsible for promoting the institution's programs and services to prospective students, guiding them through the application process, and building relationships with existing students and alumni to increase enrollment and retention. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.
Requirements
- North Carolina Resident
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1+ year of experience in admissions, high out-bound calling, or other inside sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Experience with CRM software ( e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with education regulations and policies
- Multilingual abilities
