Job Description Part Time Admitting Representative: St. Vincent's Westchester Hospital The Evaluation and Referral Representative is responsible for screening all referrals for psychiatric and substance abuse admissions, this includes collecting demographic, next of kin information as well as financial information and other pertinent data. Also obtains referral source information for marketing purposes.
