Abode Care Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Adult – Gerontology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based medical care, examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals, and ensure patient medical records are up to date.

We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 to $110,000 with total earnings potential reaching $120,000+ through our monthly incentive plan based on performance.
