Job Description :

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, affiliated with Elmhurst Hospital Center, serving the culturally diverse community of Western Queens, has an exciting opportunity for a full time Neurologist to join as faculty on or about July of next year.

This full-time position is for a board certified/board eligible adult Neurologist capable in both General Neurology and Epilepsy/EEG. The position involves both inpatient and outpatient care with teaching responsibilities as Faculty for Neurology residents and medical students. The ideal candidate would have had additional training and qualifications in Epilepsy/EEG and would be chiefly responsible for reading routine EEGs as well as prolonged critical care recordings. The hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey and Long Island.

Candidates must have an MD degree and a valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number. We also offer a faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medical at Mount Sinai commensurate with credentials, experience and qualifications.
