Job Summary:
As the Adult Programs Coordinator for Columbus Fashion Alliance, you'll empower individuals to pursue careers in the dynamic fashion world. Collaborating closely with the Director of Programs, you'll contribute to the planning and executing of our adult programming, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass curriculum development, industry partnerships, participant engagement, and program coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Director of Programs to develop and implement the plan for adult programs, ensuring it reflects our organizational goals and adapts to industry trends.
- Create, update, and organize curriculum materials to support the program's evolving needs, including training modules.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to build program awareness and program recruitment.
- Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts to engage and support program participants in career planning, soft skills development, and goal-setting activities.
- Coordinate various program components, such as workshops and training sessions.
- Attend and coordinate outreach events to assist with the recruiting for adult programming.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business, fashion management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development, program coordination, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate program components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with program participants.
- Experience planning and facilitating workshops for adults
