Job Description Role Overview: Join Our Team as an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) in Cellular Therapy! Are you passionate about innovative treatments and ready to make a difference? Were hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver exceptional care to patients receiving CAR-T therapy on our Inpatient Cellular Therapy Service (CTS). Youll rotate between CTS and the Adult Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) service, adapting to patient needs and contributing to groundbreaking research. Key Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited PA program NCCPA certification Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure 1-2+ years of APP experience within BMT, CTS, or an ICU environment is required BLS/ACLS certification Or Current New York State (NYS) RN and FNP licenses/registrations Masters degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility) 1-2+ years of clinical experience within BMT, CTS, or an ICU environment required APP experience is preferred Related National NP certification BLS certification Core Skills: Demonstrates strong decision-making skills, making timely choices that drive the organization forward. Communicates clearly and effectively, even in complex and challenging situations. Highly skilled in planning, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently. Provides comprehensive care to adult Cellular Therapy and BMT patients in an inpatient setting.
