Position Overview:The Advancement Office Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's development efforts. This position focuses on cleaning and managing the donor database, conducting research and prospecting potential donors, and assisting with grant writing. Additional opportunities are available based on the intern's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:- Interest in nonprofit development and fundraising.- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program, preferably in a related field.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience with database management (e.g., Bloomerang) is a plus.- Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research.
