The Insurance Advisory Consulting Practice Leader will focus on leveraging a large North American Insurance portfolio to expand NTT DATA consulting offerings and capabilities. This individual will lead a portfolio focused on accelerating digital/business transformation and expand a practice that delivers design thinking, strategy, insurance/platform modernization, risk management/compliance, and workforce readiness/organization change management. The leader will develop and drive go-to-market strategy, practice growth plan, and partner with other NTT DATA lines-of-business to develop comprehensive practice offerings that drive enterprise value-add and deliver desired business outcomes. Additionally, this individual will be a critical member of the sales pursuit responses that demonstrate NTT DATA's capabilities and expertise. We seek an entrepreneurial growth leader motivated by running a business within a business and passionate about team development.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject-matter-expertise consultation to sales and client leaders.
  • Leverage digital innovation and emerging technologies to solve complex business, regulatory, and organizational challenges.
  • Utilize Insurance understanding of market trends and technology evolutions to be viewed as a “thought leader.”
  • Network with industry leaders, internal sales and client leadership, alliance partners, and both current and potential clients to understand and communicate current and future trends.
  • Identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications.
  • Contribute to new business development efforts, defining offerings and driving go-to-market programs.
  • Collaborate with senior business and technology partners and C-level clients identifying trends, communicating competitive actions, and presenting strategic implications.
  • Experience creating thought leadership and white papers and presenting in this area of expertise is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA degree preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex business relationships in Insurance, ideally with a Big 4 consulting company.
  • 5+ years leading a consulting practice with responsibilities including go-to-market strategy, portfolio offerings, practice efficiency, and client experience.
  • 5 years Consulting Practice leadership experience to include responsibilities spanning people, process, and technology with an eye toward business transformation.
  • Experience developing business and related technology strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of time.
