Talent Advocate - Talent Development The Talent Advocate creates, executes, and sustains NewYork-Presbyterian's career strategy in support of professional development. In this role, you'll design and scale career pathways aligned with job skill curation and workforce planning as well as continue to grow robust school and external partnerships that create career-ready candidates and secure internal pipeline development. In addition, craft programs and campaigns encouraging career mobility and retention. This is a full time, day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote. Preferred Criteria Master's Degree SHRM Certification Prosci or other change management certificate Experience in lean/and or design thinking methodology Required Criteria Bachelor's degree 5 years experience in Organizational Design, Recruiting, Career Coaching, Learning and Development and/or HR Data Analytics Experience with reviewing and interpreting data Project management skills Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
