Aerospace Forming Fabricator Job Description You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and manufacturing aerospace structures, systems, and components for commercial, business, regional, and military aerospace customers. As a Forming Fabricator, your responsibilities will include assembling parts, operating machinery, bending, punching, hand forming, deburring, and sawing metal products as instructed by supervisors. This entry-level position is open to candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences, as long as they have the willingness and ability to learn and grow within the aerospace industry. You will support the company's Quality Policy, Mission Statement, and other policies by committing to total customer satisfaction, delivering quality products and services, implementing lean processes, driving continuous improvement, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining safety standards, fostering teamwork, promoting individual accountability, and respecting all individuals.
