• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production goals are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement efficient production workflows, processes, and strategies to optimize productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and address areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to align operations with company goals.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and manage budgets, production schedules, and operational forecasts.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, with a strong understanding of Aerospace Engine Components.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in manufacturing systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
