AESTHETIC NURSE INJECTOR - Apex Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center LLC : Job Details

Apex Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center is a rapidly growing, skincare facility that empowers employees to deliver exceptional patient experiences. We are currently looking for a talented candidate for the role of Aesthetic Nurse Injector. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector is responsible for consulting and administering of aesthetic treatments to Apex patients. This position will float between our Mayfield Heights and Concord locations.This is a salaried/exempt position. This position requires legal authorization to work in the US.PRIMARY DUTIES:Identifies opportunities and uses effective approaches to consult with the patient in assisting them with choosing a course of action and development of appropriate solutions for their aesthetic needs.Uses their clinical knowledge of aesthetics, cosmetic fillers, neurotoxins and other injectables to build their patient following.Uses their intuitive interpersonal skills along with a positive mindset to engage the patientMaintains patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policyAdministers treatments in accordance with company policies and proceduresAble to perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to chemical peels, CoolSculpting, microneedling, and injections.Recommends various treatments and skin regimens based on patient consultationPursue opportunities to educate patients on additional treatments and servicesEducate patients on all treatment processes including pre and post treatment care guidelinesDetailed in their charting and clinical documentation of each patientPromote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances quality of service and care offered to patientsMaintains a professional and neat appearance that adheres to the company dress codeAttends in house trainings and assists with company cosmetic eventsAssists with maintaining appropriate inventory levels and notifies management when inventory is lowMaintain cleanliness of treatment rooms in between each patientEstablish and maintain rapport with patients in order to ensure patient satisfactionAssists with clinical procedures as needed.Ensure safety of patients at all times when performing treatmentsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Knowledgeable of various aesthetic services and skin care productsMust have sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making skillsMust be able to work a flexible scheduleMust have strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong knowledge of current trends and aesthetic treatmentsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Current Ohio Registered Nurse LicenseAt least 2-years Aesthetics experience (preferred)Proven Sales ExperienceProficient with personal computers and contemporary software programs (MS office, excel, etc.)Must maintain yearly Continued Education and stay current on product lines & services.About Us.......Who We AreWe are Apex Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center.
