Description:Job Identification:•Immediate Supervisor: After Market Manager•EEOC Class: Laborers and Helpers.•FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.Salary: $18.50Job Summary:The Aftermarket Lead will assist the After Market Manager to maximize revenue from the sale of salvage, recyclable material, and excess donated goods. Assists in the direction and supervision of all facets of the outlet store, production, and salvage/recycling department.Supervisory Responsibilities:•Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of employees.•Supervises employees, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity, increase sales, and support the mission.Duties/Responsibilities:•Assists management in monitoring employee performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.•Assists with managing the daily aspects of the warehouse and its staff to ensure projects are completed and goals and customer needs are met.•Handles funds properly as required for facility operations.•Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.•Maintains store security measures and takes appropriate actions on known and suspected theft.•Enforces safety practices and procedures and prepares related reports.•Leads team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment. Ensures that all employees comply with safety procedures.•Properly follows OSHA specifications regarding lockout/tagout procedures.•Maintains an accurate inventory of all salvage and recyclable.•Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the facility.•Responsible for a neat, clean, and organized facility.•Performs other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or mission.Requirements:Required Skills/Abilities:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or abilities required for the position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background. •Background check required.•Bilingual preferred.•Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Excellent customer service, sales, and conflict resolution skills.•Ability to speak/read/write proficient English.•Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds. •Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.•Works well under pressure and with deadlines; ability to multitask.•Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.•Honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality.•Steel Toe Shoes/Boots required.•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.•Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.•Thorough knowledge about company's mission and services, and customer-related policies. Physical Requirements: •Prolonged periods standing (up to 8 hours.)•Must be able to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds at times. •Ability to bend/squat/stoop.•Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.•Free from drug and alcohol abuse.Equipment, machines, and tools used:•Cash register.•Smart Safe•Credit card machine.•Computer.•Baler.
