We believe in fostering supportive partnerships between caregivers and families to enhance the lives of the children we serve.Location: Chesterfield, MI - Macomb CountySchedule: Afternoons & EveningsCompensation: $16.00 - $18.35 per hour depending on the case assignedPosition Overview:ExpertCare is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support children with disabilities in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily routines, engaging in developmental activities, and fostering positive growth in a nurturing environment.Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willing to work in a family home and in the local community, such as parks or libraries
• Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks
• Complete required online training and attend two in-person sessions in Troy, MI

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support for children in their home
• Assist with daily hygiene routines, encouraging independence
