Job Description :
AFTOFST - Logistics Management Specialist Datum Technologies Group Government Solutions (Client) is currently hiring Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as members of the Air Force Technical Order Field Support Team (AFTOFST). Work location: 100% teleworking but may on occasion need to be onsite if located near Eglin AFB (Florida) or near Wright-Patterson AFB (Ohio). Duties and Responsibilities: Candidate will be a member of the AFTOFST Team and will provide field user support for designated AF Standard Technical Order (TO) Management Systems; maintaining/administering the Advanced Notification System (ANS) SharePoint application; managing, publishing, and distributing Methods and Procedures TOs; training on using AF Standard TO Management Systems, ETIMS, and the TO Distribute and Print Gateway (TODPG). Support will be in the areas of ETIMS AFTOFST Logistics Management Support, Technical Order Management, Technical Content, Technical Order Distribution, Technical Order Library Management, and Technical Order Field/Customer Support. Candidate must have experience in the following areas:
  • Methods and Procedures TOs, Weapons Delivery Standard Volume Flight Manuals, Weapons Loading Standard Volume Technical Orders, Munitions Handling Equipment Technical Orders for Ammunition and Weapons Equipment style manuals, MIL-DTL-87929 - Appendix A & I, MIL-DTL-38384 - Appendix B, and MIL-DTL-9977 - Appendix A, including other applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and military specifications.
  • Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) and related military specifications.
  • USAF Technical Order Authoring and Publishing (TOAP).
Candidate must have:
  • An active U.S. citizenship and a current SECRET Clearance.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a related field.
