Summary of Primary Function /Scope : The Agency Credentiali ng Lead will serve as a key point of contact between therapists and agency partners, en sur ing ti mely and efficient credentialing proc ess es. This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including TA, HR, compliance, management, and sales to meet business needs in a prompt and professional man ner. The successful candidat e w ill be responsi ble for obtaining and providing necessary credentials, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process while ensuring that confidential information is handled appropriately. Essential Responsibilities: Request and track credentialing packets for therapists across multiple agency partners, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner. Maintain centralized database of therapists for all partner agencies ensuring we meet the appropriate staffing requirements. If staffing requirements aren't being met, either due to delays in credentialing or lack of available therapists, proactively work to fill these gaps by working with TA and Ops partners or reassessing timelines. Adhere to strict regulations and guidelines to protect patient and therapist data and ensure that confidential information is handled appropriately. Act as the primary liaison between therapists and agency partners, ensuring smooth communication and an efficient credentialing process. Provide log-on information to therapists and assist with any access-related issues. Collaborate with therapists to gather necessary documentation and support the timely submission to agency partners. Resolve credentialing discrepancies or issues with urgency, keeping all parties informed and maintaining transparency throughout the process. Lead efforts to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with InHome Therapy agency partners and therapist teams. Diligently follow-up with both InHome Therapy therapists and agency partners to ensure that agency needs are met, and all requirements are fulfilled. Continuously assess and improve credentialing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Use flexibility and creativity to overcome challenges and meet agency requirements, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Education/ Experience : Education: Bachelor's degree required; licensed clinicians are preferred. Experience: 2 years of credentialing experience preferred. Prior healthcare experience, specifically in home health, is a plus. Other Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities: Demonstrates superior customer service and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams. Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing and onboarding process Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities for internal and external partners. Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to research and analyze data Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively with clinicians and home health agencies A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
