Support Agency Service Representative in the planning, implementation and ongoing technical support for Service Center on-boarding, remarketing (book roll), training and sales enablement programs. Assist in the planning and execution of Agency Services campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and goals. These campaigns include retention, cross and upsell programs. Coordinate tasks among team members, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track. Support the development of program materials, reporting, including copy, graphics, reports and promotional content for Sales Development Program, Service Center, and Sales Operations teams. Maintain and ensure optimization of resources and technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
