Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Engage with potential candidates, effectively communicate the team's culture, value, and opportunities for growth, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Screen Candidates: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the team's culture.
• Manage Recruitment: Lead candidates through the negotiation process and onboarding, ensuring a smooth start.
