Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on Agile coaching to teams on all aspects of Scrum, Lean, and practices, ensuring processes are effective and refined accordingly.
  • Display a solid understanding of agile values and principles and different frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe etc.) that help achieve agility.
  • Works as a catalyst for driving improvement in business impact, delivery performance, and team health, using a variety of techniques including change management, product delivery practices, individuals coaching and mentoring.
  • Understand when to apply specific practices to solve specific problems identified in the team.
  • Embrace servant leadership and display the behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with Agile methods.
  • Guide the organization towards Agile maturity through formal training sessions, workshops, and informal communication channels.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our scaled Agile strategy and transformation journey for the organization
  • Helps teams adopt the best Agile practices consistently and drive stronger cross-departmental and cross-functional collaboration and work cohesion
  • As a change agent, role model exemplary change management and communication skills that can bring a diverse group of stakeholders at various levels together around a common vision, mission, and strategy
