Job Description :

ustwo is seeking an experienced and adept Agile Delivery Lead to join our team in New York, on a permanent basis. Globally we're a small and supportive community of Agile Delivery Coaches, currently across the London and Nordics studios, and now we're looking for a versatile and passionate Lead to join us in the New York studio. We are a company known for delivering exceptional digital products and collaborating closely with clients and we are looking for someone experienced with supporting the full product lifecycle from early stage opportunity/product discovery through to live product optimisation. What you'll do

  • You'll lead teams in the use of good Agile behaviour grounded in Agile principles. In other words, you'll be the guardian and champion of using Lean and Agile ways of working and thinking, and lead the team in standing up the most productive ways of working in any given context.
  • You are confident in designing and facilitating workshops and Agile ceremonies, with flexibility at its core, to provide direction and rally the team around a plan.
  • You'll coach teams towards great team dynamics, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration, and coaching the team as a group and 121 to overcome conflicts that may arise.
  • You have excellent project management skills and expertly handle team logistics, track and report project budgets and project progress, stay ahead of and manage risks, manage senior stakeholder expectations, and generally keep on top of things to keep the project moving along smoothly. You're very comfortable with senior stakeholder management and an excellent communicator.
  • You are experienced working in a fast-paced environment, with an understanding of the dynamics at play being a client service business. Role modeling empathy with clients and their commercial contexts will be part of your remit.
So, if you're comfortable supporting and organising cross-functional teams of 10+ people, have a deep understanding of Agile approaches, delight in building cohesive well-functioning teams, and want to be part of a collaborative and dynamic culture that puts people in the centre, then this is the gig for you. Location This role is based in our Brooklyn studio at 20 Jay Street. We have a hybrid policy: you're required to be in the studio on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and you can choose between studio or remote work for the rest of the week, so we would require you to live a commutable distance to the studio. You occasionally might be asked to meet clients / other ustwo teams so you should also be able to travel, from time to time.
