Position Title : Agile Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte NC Job Posting Expected Start Date: ASAP (Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 12 Months Job Type: 40 hours work week Pay Rate: $70/hr-$75/hr Qualifications:

DESCRIPTION:
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and framework (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Ability to lead and influence team in adopting the Agile principles
- Ability to ensure the correct use of Scrum process.
- Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
- Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
- High level of credibility with executives and business partners; demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive to results
- High level understanding of BAC Enterprise Change Standards is a plus
- Able to work independently with limited supervision?
- 5+ years' experience in Agile; Project management experience.
Required skills :
- CLSA/CSSA with 7+ years of Pega hands on experience in delivery of large enterprise complex solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent working experience
- Must have strong communication skills to discuss and understand various business processes
- Sound understanding of all Pega 8.x features and hands on experience implementing them
- Managing platform upgrades, including at least one major version upgrade
- Deep understanding of Enterprise class structure, complex workflows, and design patterns
- Strong experience in case management, data modeling, system integration, agents, user experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment, and unit testing
- Strong in UX/UI design expertise and UI guardrails
- In-depth knowledge of advanced topics such as setting Pega node types, server level configurations, and utilizing the Tracer for troubleshooting obscure coding problems
- Must have exposure to Agile development and its delivery model
- Should be able to provide estimates/sizing based on high level requirements
- Database modeling to support reporting and property optimization
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SQL DDL and DML
- A proven desire to learn and apply new Pega features
- Experience building and unit testing headless workflows that utilize Pega's out of the box REST APIs
- Scrum Master Certification is preferred Experience with Scrum master, Agile, Jira
- Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs, and procedures
