Job Location : New York,NY, USA
• Candidate should be ready to work from client office for atleast 3 days a week. • Manage each project's scope and timeline • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur • Help teams implement changes effectively • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports What are the top Must Haves for this role? • Experience in a scrum master role, experience in technical project manager role. • Familiarity with software development • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) • Knowledge on Java project development, azure cloud is preferred Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
