**Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic - Former Military Personnel**

**Job Description:**

This direct hire position is designed exclusively for former Military Aircraft Maintenance technicians from the Air Force, Navy, Army, Marines or Coast Guard with the sign-offs (8610-2) to test for an A&P License. The role includes a 10-day A&P training course at the Global School of Aeronautics in Alabama or Georgia, with hotel accommodations provided. Successful candidates will test for their A&P license, starting at **$28/hr** during training and increasing to a minimum of **$30/hr** upon licensure. Responsibilities include line maintenance on a a variety of commercial aircraft, both on-call and scheduled, routine maintenance, airworthiness releases, and ensuring all aircraft meet safety and documentation standards.
