Join us for a rewarding career in the aviation industry!BECOME AN AIRCRAFT SUPPLY SPECIALIST!Our Aircraft Supply Specialist supports Prime Appearance a subsidiary of PrimeFlight Aviation. Responsibilities include overseeing the inventory of tools and supplies essential for aircraft operations. This position requires precise record-keeping and inventory tracking to ensure the timely availability and replenishment of items. You will coordinate with various teams to request and receive aircraft supplies, while working within budget limits and following regulatory standards.WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AS AN AIRCRAFT SUPPLY SPECIALISTOversee the inventory of aircraft supplies Coordinate with ordering and restocking of suppliesImplement inventory management systems and procedures Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations Maintain detailed records of all transactions and inventory changes Stay updated on new aircraft supplies and consumablesClean and disinfect aircraft interiors, to include the cabin, seats, galley, lavatory, leather, carpet, and woodworkCommunicate clearly and effectively with aircrews, external customers, and internal departmentsEnsure proper documentation and record-keeping for all cleaning services Working under pressure to meet internal and external key performance indicators (KPI) and deadlines Apply cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements in supply managementExceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standardsPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesMust have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents Ability to use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Ability to work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operationPHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:Ability to lift up to 50 poundsProlonged standing and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment as applicableMust be able to push, pullMust be able to reach with arms and grasp with handsMust be able to work at elevated heightsExposure to outdoor elementsMust be able to bend, stretch, squat, and kneelMust be able to crawl and crouch, at times, in confined tight spacesExposure to moderate and at times high noise levelsExposure to Biohazards and/or ChemicalsBe able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarmsTasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingersSpecific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
