Position Overview: Airport IT System Support Technicians are an integral part of day-to-day operationsproviding 1st and 2ndlevel support for critical airport systems. These systems are used by passengers, guests, and employees at LAX International Airport.This position will require someone who isnot onlytechnical but also capable of analyzing incidents, identifying top call drivers and suggesting improvements. It is both proactive and reactive in its nature.Expect a hands-on technical role that comes with many benefits such as technical trainingand no two days being the same. You will be working with an innovative team with a strong focus on service delivery.
FLSA Status and Hours:This is a part-time, non-exempt position and requires onsite shift work. Hours are weekends only, Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 5:30pm.
