Airport Reservation Specialist (Evenings) - Budget Rent A Car : Job Details

Budget has an opening for a full-time rental agent on it's airport team. This individual will finalize and book customer rental reservations while providing exceptional customer service and closing sales on rental add-ons such as insurance and upgrades. This position is for evening hours from 5pm-1am, with some earlier days on the weekends. Weekend availability is a must. • Open and close rental contracts accurately, contract modification, print and update manifest etc.
• Address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Promote and sell ancillary products such as coverage options, upgrades, fuel purchases, etc.
• Perform a variety of general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying and maintaining a clean and professional workspace
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
