  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide technical assistance in the strategy, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the UNICEF-Akelius digital language learning initiative
  • Conduct field missions to selected countries to support project proposals and monitor progress
  • Organize and conduct technical assistance calls with participating countries
  • Document lessons learned from program implementation and support sustainability efforts
  • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including the Akelius Foundation and UNICEF HQ
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or related fields
  • At least 10 years of work experience in international education, technology for education, or partnership management
  • Familiarity with implementing education technology in low-resource settings
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills; knowledge of French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is an asset
  • Completed profile in UNICEF's e-Recruitment system and submission of relevant documentation
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience working in multicultural teams across different international locations
  • Proven track record of successful project management in digital learning initiatives
  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks in education
  • Previous experience liaising with international organizations or foundations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
