ALF Aide/L1MA/CMT - Morningside Center : Job Details

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with all regulatory standards and facility policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse

• Preform Nursing Assistant duties
• Trained in CPR preferred
• Desire to make a commitment to provide direct care to the LTC/ALF resident that is compassionate, patient and understanding
• Positive attitude, good communication skills
• Willing to participate in a team approach to delivering care

• Assists the in implementing of resident activities in compliance with requirements to meet resident needs
• Transports residents to and from Doctor appointments and other appointments.
• Administer and properly document medications under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with all regulatory standards and facility policies and procedures if applicable for position applied

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Certified Nurse Aide

• Valid Missouri Drivers Licenses
• Completion of Med-Level I course as required by the State of Missouri
• Positive attitude, good communication skills
• Willing to participate in a team approach to delivering care
