Provide instruction and support to students in various subject areas, including math, literacy, and special education. - Follow lesson plans and curriculum provided by the regular classroom teacher. - Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students, including those with autism or other developmental challenges. - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and student engagement. - Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom rules and procedures. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students. - Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress and any issues that arise during the day.
