Allocation Operator II job responsibilities include: Record and enter database additive transactions and disposals. Daily calibration of scales in Allocation area. Operate truck scales. Operate forklift for receiving of additives and storing. Notify Allocation Area Supervisor of inventory shortages. Receive and log inventory shipments. Conduct cycle counts and month-end inventories. Resolve inventory discrepancies. Create and print bar codes. Create and distribute updated tank ID cards throughout the cellar. Purchase of additives using Enterprise One. Assist in the cellar as needed. Haz. Mat (HMTC) Certification within 30 days of hire. Position Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to work long hours during harvest (Sept.-Nov.) - average of 10-12 hours, 6 days a week. Able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds on occasion.
