Now is the time to apply!AM and PM Shifts openResponsibilities•Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions•Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests•Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations•Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties•Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operationsQualifications•Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification•Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills•Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality•Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers•Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
