Contract Position:: Amazon Connect Developer with Lex, Lambda, Python experienceLocation : : RemoteRole Type : ContractJob Description: Amazon Connect Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon's cloud-based contact center platform. The role typically requires expertise in integrating Amazon Connect with other AWS services, building custom workflows, automating processes, and optimizing the overall contact center experience. Job Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Amazon Connect Solutions:

• Develop and implement voice and chat-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Build custom contact flows, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems, and routing strategies to optimize customer interactions.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.) for automated workflows and data storage.

Customization and Configuration:

• Customize the contact center's interface, including designing UI and experience for agents using Amazon Connect.
• Configure and customize features such as Amazon Connect Streams, Contact Flow Designer, and AWS Lambda integration.

Integration with Third-Party Systems:

• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRMs, databases, and third-party applications to enhance functionality and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement APIs to integrate data from other sources into the contact center environment.

Automation and Optimization:

• Develop automated workflows, notifications, and reporting systems to improve agent productivity and the customer experience.
