The Food Service/Amenities Manager will oversee the Local Restaurant Row program across three locations, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of restaurants. This role will also manage and ensure that MicroMarkets are fully always stocked and operational. The Amenities Manager is responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to program participation, stock levels, and customer satisfaction. In addition, they will lead communication and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and promote participation.

Job Responsibilities

LRR Program Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule all LRR restaurants to support the three locations, ensuring programs run smoothly with accurate par levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to utilize restaurants that are aligned with Boeing associate?s requests.

Micromarket Stock Management:

  • Maintain optimal stock levels at MMs, always ensuring product availability.
  • Work with Refreshments RSRs to stock and manage inventory logistics.
  • Implement tracking systems to manage product rotation and minimize waste.

KPI Management:

  • Develop and track KPIs such as program participation, customer satisfaction scores, product availability, and inventory turnover rates.
  • Provide regular reports to Boeing client on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Communication & Marketing:

  • Implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and participation in the LRR.
  • Create and distribute communications materials, including newsletters, digital content, and promotional flyers.
  • Build engagement through social media, email campaigns, and other internal platforms.

Customer Experience:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback regarding both the LRR and MMs.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and improve service offerings to enhance user satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • LRR participation rate and growth over time.
  • Satisfaction scores from post-program surveys.
  • Inventory turnover rate and time to restock MMs.
  • Percentage of fully stocked products at any given time in the MMs.
  • Engagement metrics for marketing communications (open rates, participation levels, etc.).

Qualifications

? Bachelor?s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.? 3-5 years of experience in food service management, hospitality, and program coordination.? ServSafe Certified? Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? Experience with KPI tracking and reporting.? Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
