• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Call, Weekend call, 24-hour shifts
• 24 hour pager call coverage
• Typically 2 - 3 deliveries per shift, C-section rate - 15 - 20%
• C-section, dilation and curettage, laparoscopic surgery for ectopic and ovarian cysts
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
