Omnicom uses the OMnet platform as a mechanism to provide its 125+ clients a cost-savings benefit on their media spend, which has resulted in client savings totaling $250MM+ from inception-to-date.Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Maintenance: Manage and maintain current automation processes developed by the Automation Team, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Campaign ID Management: Review the data input by other teams, identify discrepancies, and coordinate updates and revisions to ensure accuracy.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for minor technical issues related to existing macros and automated solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
  • VBA Development: Learn and implement advanced VBA techniques to enhance and optimize automation processes. Develop new VBA solutions as needed.
  • Excel Expertise: Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills to manipulate data, create reports, and support various automation tasks.
  • Automation Tools: Develop familiarity with basic automation concepts and tools, applying them to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • VBA Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with VBA programming is required. In the absence of VBA experience, proficiency in Python or other programming languages is highly desirable.
  • Excel Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with team members and other departments effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn new technologies and tools, with an understanding of basic automation concepts.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$34,000-$60,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
