Analyst (Concentrated Public Equities) - Selby Jennings : Job Details

A $6bn Hedge Fund is looking to bring on an investment analyst with 2+ years of experience to work within a concentrated portfolio of global equities (75% U.S. focused).

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex investment ideas in a longer term context (3-5 years)
• Monitor existing positions
• Idea generate collaboratively with the investment committee
• Conduct detailed financial analysis

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented with 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate financial analysis and recommendations
• Passion for a concentrated style of investing
• Extremely strong modeling skills
• Willingness to continue to learn
• Bachelor's degree required
