About the Role:

The Engineering Systems Analyst is responsible for working with the business and project teams to develop and implement Engineering best practices for design, configuration, ERP, and engineering business intelligence systems. This role will help to embed new business processes and functionality within the Engineering Systems, create and maintain programs to accomplish those goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, implement, validate SharePoint, MS Power Suite, and Power BI report solutions to business needs.
  • Build, test, validate, and maintain configuration solutions.
  • Specializes in SAP Variant Configuration, Cincom, E-Quote CPQ systems as well as Driveworks
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer, communication and interaction between various functional organizations and the Engineering Services department
  • Provide new business solutions to current issues and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Drive change through new technologies and continuous system and process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:

  • Associate or higher Degree (Preferred Major: Engineering, Computer Science, Business)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system analysis and requirements gathering
  • Proficiency in Office 365 products including: Dataverse environment, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate & SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python preferred.
  • Proficiency in creation and maintaining SAP Variant Configuration, Cincom, E-Quote CPQ systems as well as Driveworks.
  • Ability to identify solution needs and value creation.
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Adapt at facilitating discussions and negotiating mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
  • Highly organized, task oriented and result focused to meet timelines
  • Experience in system documentation
  • SAP, AS400 experience beneficial
  • Strong desire to research and learn new technologies
  • Understanding of manufactured products and value stream flow
  • Comfortable working with varying levels of seniority and knowledge within the organization
  • Detail and action oriented; self-starter
  • Thrives in an environment of continuous learning
  • Ability to flourish in an environment of change
  • Able to work well with high performance teams
