About the Role
The analyst will have primary responsibility for financial analysis and modeling across all product types. This role will have exposure to new developments, value-add acquisitions, and ongoing asset management across the country. A successful applicant will have expertise in both Argus Enterprise, Excel, and PowerPoint. The candidate will be a high-potential individual with a substantial opportunity to take on further responsibilities as the company grows. The position offers direct exposure to executive team with ad hoc projects for Principals and Partners at the firm.
