Core Responsibilities:
- Provide support to consultant team to identify business needs and requirements of clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create short- and long-term plans, set targets for milestones, and meet deadlines
- Assist with planning and implementing functional solutions
- Gather and analyze information to assist with developing project plans and client deliverables
- Contribute to the content and creation of deliverables for definition, development, and validation of information functional processes or solutions
- Complete clearly defined project tasks with minimal supervision
- Assist with testing the completed solution against the functional requirements
- Monitor and track project progress
- Train customer on new processes
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and project teams
- Support the development and implementation of healthcare solutions, including process improvement, technology adoption, and change management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field required
- Experience gathering data and creating presentations required
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Work Authorization/Security Clearance: This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and a Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance. Work Location: This position requires the employee to be on site Monday - Friday in Falls Church, VA. Work Environment: Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings.
