Location: Orange, CASalary: $29.00 USD Hourly - $35.00 USD HourlyDescription:Judge Healthcare is looking for an Human Resources Representative Sr. in Orange, CA!Schedule:Full Office, Monday-Friday standard business hoursContract position:6+ monthsDuties & Responsibilities:Participate in a mission-driven culture with a focus on customer service and accountability.Assist in department responsibilities and support short- and long-term goals.Execute and recommend alterations to project plans.Evaluate, analyze, design, and maintain system configuration data.Develop solutions for assigned projects.Collaborate with vendors, staff, and end users to resolve system issues.Perform functional configuration tasks and troubleshoot issues.Participate in the design and implementation of new modules.Analyze systems and recommend process improvements.Assist with test plans, user documentation, and training.Perform data validation, system testing, and auditing.Analyze vendor changes and project impacts.Provide advanced technical support to business staff.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, HR, or related field.5 years of HRIS technical application support experience.2 years of system support experience.2 years of computer hardware and software troubleshooting experience.Experience with third-party vendor solution configuration.Preferred Qualifications:5 years of HR experience in health services.Experience with system interfaces, data mapping, and knowledge of DayForce and ADP Workforce Now.Implementation experience.Knowledge & Abilities:Develop rapport and maintain effective working relationships.Work independently and exercise sound judgment.Communicate clearly and concisely.Work a flexible schedule.Organize, analyze, problem-solve, and manage projects.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Motivate and lead teams.Utilize computer software and job-specific applications.If this sounds like something you'd be interested in hearing more about, please apply directly!Christina Head, Sr. Healthcare Recruiter, Judge Healthcarechead@Contact: chead@This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
