Analyst - Insight Global : Job Details

The Principle Workday Adaptive Analyst, a subject matter expert, is responsible for evaluating, designing and executing solutions that maximize the effectiveness of the Workday platform. This position is directly involved in supporting the implementation of Adaptive during ramp up and post go-live. After go-live, the Analyst will be a sustainment type role with Adaptive. The Analyst will work closely with both internal technical persons and the implementation partner PM, to ensure clear communication and execution of delivery. Requirements : -Experience running (at least) 1 full implementation to adaptive as a technical analyst -5-6 years experience with Workday, at least having the most recent 2 years working in Adaptive -Bachelors degree -Strong written and verbal communication, as the role requires extensive work with business users This role can be fully remote, but required to live in CST or EST regions This is a salaried role with a health system offering a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan options, wellness resources and more.
