Analytics Analyst/Reports Developer

Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analytics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL experience, and a strong working knowledge of Epic Cogito analytics tools. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy thinking outside the box to deliver insightful analytics, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and aid in development of best-in-class Epic and non-Epic solutions to meet organizational data needs
  • Develop complex SQL queries to support data-driven insights and advanced analytics
  • Manage various projects and serve as a trusted partner to operations
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to technical documentation
Qualifications:
  • Certification in Epic Cogito tools and Caboodle data models; particular proficiency with patient scheduling, registration, and questionnaire data preferred
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical roles
  • A strong drive to identify areas for improvement and derive novel solutions
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience required

Other Requirements: #LI-Hybrid Pay Range - Minimum: USD $120,000.00/Yr. Pay Range - Maximum: USD $140,000.00/Yr.
